SOLD Lovely green, pink and shimmering gold Limoges France antique china tea trio consisting of a cup & saucer set and coordinating plate, with lavish green, gold and pink floral designs--I put this together as a trio as the pieces harmonize so beautifully and are from the same era. The cup and saucer have pink flowers and lilies of the valley with hand painted accents, and the plate has heavy applied gold. The plate alone is simply gorgeous and would look fabulous displayed on its own if not using as part of the trio! Limoges is well known for its beautiful, creamy quality of porcelain, genuine gold accents and for its delicate, intricate and lavish floral detail. All pieces are in excellent condition. This listing is for the tea trio ONLY; photo props, silverware and other items are not included. Cup: 1 3/4" tall by 3" diameter across the top, a daintier/slightly smaller size than standard
Saucer: 5 1/8" wide
Plate: 7 3/4" wide
Good to excellent condition on this, the obviously much-loved cup and saucer has visible wear to the gold so this set is bargain priced; plate is excellent and has hand painted accents and heavy applied gold. Otherwise no chips, cracks, crazing or any other damages on this beautiful trio, very nice "ping" sound on the cup, Cup and saucer marked ELITE FRANCE in green, Elite Works Limoges France in red; plate has a faint blue Limoges star and France marking.
These, as with all my pieces, will be exceptionally well wrapped and packaged in the best shipping materials and sturdy, brand-new boxing---through years of purchasing fine china I know how important it is to package things carefully.
